Ang kagandahan talaga sa mga vlog mo sir paulo very detailed, hindi kami nahihirapang intindihin bawat salita na binibitawan mo. Nandun yung matutunan mo talagang mahalin bawat detalye na mayroon pa tungkol sa pag iinvest, minsan kasi may mga nag eexplain na explain lang pero not very detailed. Yung sayo kasi sir paulo very detailed and full of passion, nandun talaga yung willingness na mabahagi mo samin bawat learnings na natutunan mo bawat realty. Alam mo yung walang tapon kasi, talagang nandun na lahat ng dapat mong unawain to consider things when buying realty.

I like Pampanga.it's a best place for investment..the good thing about Aldea Grove is made by an Avida,an Ayala land corp..one of the most reputable developers in the Philippines... Not only that... You can own the unit at pre selling scheme.meaning "you have to pay it on a monthly basis to a long stretched months like for example 60months.. And you dont have to pay the whole amount of unit.. You can go for a bank financing after the downpayment scheme.. If the bank financing settled.you can send your unit for lease..in that way it will be easy for you to move along for 20 years.without making your pocket more hole😊.your tenant will be the one to pay your monthly amortisation 😊 That's an amazing "real investment"

Ang natutunan ko po maganda po pala mag investment sa aldea grove po kasi bukod sa maganda ang property, pede ka agad makakuha ng property basta unahin mo na babayarn ung reservations free at sa ganun mag aantay nalang ng 30 day para don sa payment ng monthly po. Para hindi mabigat sa pulsa kapag buong kasi babayaran parang sakin ang bigat po kasi syempre pano kung kulang ung pera di ka agad agad makakakuha ng property po.
