if any of camera sensor is broken, do we need to change that camera sensor or whole product itself? Regards.

The whole camera would need to be replaced or sent to Avigilon fo repair. The individual camera sensors in the camera are not plug and play.

Is it one ip address for a cameras?

Yes. One IP address. If using Avigilon's VMS, only one software license is required (I'm not sure about any other VMS)
