im very sorry to say this but...let me tell you...depending on someone for everything is very contagious...we have to start doing our chores by ourselves ...without amitha u r broke...but try doing few things even if amitha around so that you will have some hands on...at my place i do everything...i don't boast myself but slowly you will get used to it...Amitha is not permanent with you like didi left...amitha will also leave someday..so think rethink....overall i love you a lot

Why people are bashing avinash so much i don't think he is wrong. He is a writer and his work is also mentally draining. I always see he is busy in writing and meetings he don't have that much of free time and if he gets he also needs a break because his profession is also hectic even editing a vlog and uploading it daily is not an easy task , also he do takes out a free time for playtime with their doggies with sambhavna, and people are saying he is not doing anything 😏. The problem is they both are busy in their own works and because of miss communication and time management they both are getting irritated.

Dont tell me after doing little usual house work, u dont get time to cook anything? Weird!! Maybe u wake up too late or watch binge series as usual...but when our maid doesn't come we still do all chores ourself+ bathroom+cleaning +laundry +breakfast lunch dinner and all kitchen work and also spiritual time plus looking after ill person at home..it just requires time management and prioritizing of things.. But end of the day feels nice that we are not so dependent on other people who can leave anytime.. One thing i dont understand that u can afford 10 helpers so why cant u hire them from agencies..i mean we have do that but u can afford 10 such helpers looking at ur daily lifestyle habits.. Vlog is edited by avinash ...woh chahta toh yeh sab edit karta but showing reality of couples so its okay and just chill guys...

Sambhavna, try to simplify your routine and food habits. You have inflammation issues but still see you drinking coffee, having eggs, outside foid many times. Never litterly saw you having fruits, coconut water, detox drinks. All your remedies are in kitchen itself not in the gym. Not comparing but look at bharati or ratan how they imoroved only with correct food and routine. You also have lot of calibre. But you need to tackle your stress,anxiety, inflammation issues through yoga, pranayam, healthy diet. Also stop usinv plastic bottles and non stick first thing if you want to heal.

Work out ke pehle raste mein ruk kar mausambi juice le sakte ho...agar kuch kha nahi sake toh..yoga is better than gym..for thighs..ghar par lete lete 5 minutes cycling exercise bhi ek way hai..and shayad Coco ko bhi ball khelna hai...isi liye woh cherry ke saath involve hona chahta hai fetch game mein...toh ho sake toh two balls phek kar dekhiye.. Roti eater hain...toh raat ko 4 to 5 zyada methi and palak thepla bana kar store kar lo..for morning or aloo Paratha half cook kar ke store kar lo... morning mein full cook kar lo tawa par..and Mumbai mein thele par log akhrot lekar ghumte hain...800/- kg...nahi toh store bought bhi option hai...thoda costly hai as per thela akhrot...toh jab bhook lage...muthi bhar ke akhrot khaa lo...omega 3 milega...foot pain mein helpful and kaafi healthy and tasty snack hai..to munch on....and it won't increase your weight..it's very healthy for your skin and brain too...u can quit eggs if you start the walnuts.. walnut has vitamin D also good for bones and muscles..

What’s the point of cribbing that your man doesn’t chip in with work when you habitually never really expect him to or never insist strongly enough that he does! Sam often treats him like his own mom does- doing way too much for him. Of course, when Amita is there, this gets taken care of. (Btw, I completely disliked the way Sam almost emotionally blackmailed Amita repeatedly to come back in time! Did she forget that perhaps Amita’s own human kids who live without her through the year might be just a little more important for her than Coco needing her?!! And did she forget how she & Avinash themselves freely travel whenever they wish to coz Amita is at home?!. I do not doubt that Avinash is a good soul at heart & overall emotionally stabilizing for Sam but when it comes to chipping in with chores, honestly he’s stuck at the ‘Raja Beta’ stage & is often entitled, doing nothing or very little, even when he knows that his partner is not always in the best of health. (Whether he writes or edits the videos is not the point). I’ve barely seen him ever boil an egg for himself! He just likes tasting dishes but rarely even chips in with the prep, even when he has time to stand & give a running commentary but then Sam does not really (not jokingly) ask him to either. Wives are as responsible as moms are for encouraging, or dismissing such behavior. No matter what writing work he does, I’ve never seen him helping with any housework even when he’s lounging around at home. 2 adults can definitely manage their own home together in a way that’s workable & fair for both, which doesn’t mean it always has to be a perfect 50:50. One person not even being functional enough to be able to feed their own dogs is a plain & poor excuse. If a man gets away with it it’s coz he knows he can! Period. And what if there was a baby in their house? Would this still have been the state of affairs? Would these excuses still count? A child is full time parents’ responsibility even if Amita were there. And yes, it would also have meant compromising on the freedom of random coffee , breakfast or shopping trips or even the gym. Besides, I honestly could never understand the point of going on diets every few days & heavy workouts & yet also be so habitually used to eat breakfast outside or ordering in food instead of a by far healthier home cooked meal. Also saves travel time. All their current solutions lie within their own reach & is a call to deeper self work & introspection which somehow gets bypassed in looking for outer solutions.

You could actually use disposable plates or paper plates because that will make that work easier and you will have less utensils for washing! Because cleaning utensils is really hard
