21:16 sorry, may be i am wrong ,I have a doubt.. Are you sure jo aapne btaya ratio vala method vo chlorination ke liye h? Coz as I checked in my Allen notes, our teacher taught that chlorination is nonselective while bromination is selective so I think the way you told to do for chlorination should be for bromination instead

Yes bromination is selective tabhi to uske liye ye ratio ni likhwaya qki uska agr ratio dekhoge to 3 degree ke liye bht high hota hai so automatically iske Bina use ke bhi direct 3 degree product bna skte ho wahi major hoga, but maine jo likhaya h wo chlorination ke liye ekdum shi h. Check exemplar there is a question on this
