Try spraying Nanotol, or an equivalent German product. You spray it onto windows after you clean them, and it repels dirt and grease. Really works. Intervals between cleaning can literally be doubled. (Though not FOUR years !!! I'm talking of recleaning your windows when they are moderately dirty)

For the windows you can apply R3 chemical as a Taski brand.. This chemical can produce super shining surface.. And multi purpose cleaning chemical is R2 for any surface & it also help for disinfectant..
