Abduction position లో బెడ్ పై జాగ్రత్తగా రెస్ట్ తీసుకోవాలి 6 weeks , 3 days కదలవద్దు sensation వచ్చే వరకు, అంటే hip neck replacement కి స్పర్శ జ్ఞానం రావాలి socket of hip తో, intercapsular hip neck replacement surgery కి, 3rd day మాత్రమే నడిచే ప్రయత్నం చేయాలి. పూర్తి ఒక్కరే నడవొద్దు వాకర్ తో !
