Hello! I don't know if your yarn is too big??? If the yarn you use is roughly the same size or a little thicker, I think it will be fine. The yarn I used is 4ply, and about 1.6 - 2.0mm. good luck 🍀🍀🍀

Hi. I just started making this. I wanted it bigger, so I'm crocheting with a 4.5mm hook and two skeins at the same time of chenille 4 weight yarn. ( Kinda light for 4 weight). I will let you know how it goes.
