Yes! In my experience, people get more questions wrong because they over-think questions. Keeping things simple saves energy and lets you see answers more clearly. Then, if it's actually a hard question, you can think about the complexities with the answer choices that remain.

Hi love your videos, I’m an international student willing to do the SAT in the last question, it wouldn’t be C de correct answer, because if the distance from home to work is 24 miles the question ask us the return trip also, so the total amount of miles would be 48 for the gallons to be 2. Could you clarify my doubts ?thank you

But the d doesn’t represent the total miles traveled. The question tells us it represents the distance from home to work, which won’t change if he has to return. Once we set d=24, that’s it. We work out the rest of the story to include the return trip because that’s what G is based on.

It’s a good idea, but it gets tricky because of copyright issues. I wouldn’t want to film all those videos just to have them taken down. I’ll look into it, though. Maybe I can get permission. I agree that the Khan explanations aren’t that great!

No, they are totally original so you don’t have to spoil the practice tests. I wrote them myself, but they are in the exact same style and difficulty as the real test. But also, the SAT is very repetitive with certain question types, so don’t be surprised if you start seeing the same things again and again as you practice. That’s a good thing!
