@@JeewC3D if we want merge shoulder to existing surface , how can we do it in civil 3D. Want to change civil 3D file as cad dwg, then do it manually? Is it sir?? Thanks for valuable response sir!

@@shrijenpuvaneswaran3297 Shoulder is a structural material. So it has a defined thickness. So It cannot be targeted to a surface. No way with normal civil 3D operations as of my knowledge. Probably you should do it manually.
