having gap now and then shouldn't be issue. but in job industry its seen as a very big issue for no reason. in other developed countries they really don't care about gap in the career, they even take few months to years of gap to allocate time for personal life and chase their passions. expecting no gap in carrer means, they are asking you to keep working on the same thing and seeing the one as working machine.

Nicely explained Kalpana, but I have a different perspective on the poont that compamies dont hire even though the candidate is a right fit nut have a gap especially in India this is a big problem In broad its not like that say europe or US they will understand the journey of candidate why he oe she had gap or what other things like business or freelancing he oe she did think broadminded and offer the rught job

@@vijaysai7353 Market is not good for freshers as there is no bulk hiring. I advise you to offer your service as an intern and start working so that you can get real time. Secondly, you should be unique and different from other developers to attract the companies.

@@Prathyusha0804 not all MNCs have this condition, but why do we need them when you can get a job in startup or any other organisation. Target 🎯 to get into an IT job but not in MNCs alone. Enhance your skills, learn everything about that technology, keep trying in the market. But, don’t get disappointed or discouraged even if you get a 10k per month job. Try to grab it and then explore.

@@sadvikajilagam4126 only MNCs have this included in their BGC but not other companies. You can have a gap upto 2 years, however I advise you to start off working which will fill the gap

@@ravikiranmaddula6359 I don’t have time to make such changes as that’s not my profession. It’s not very easy to get into SAP as a fresher without a certification, however, keep applying in all the company websites. Or try to get into US Mortgage and try SAP jobs.
