You need to burn the conductors not the jacket to see if they CCA vs Copper. Copper will discolor, CCA will droop and shrivel. Burning the jacketing has no meaning - the only difference is Riser vs. Plenum, Plenum has less toxic chemicals emitted if burned and has a higher temperature rating but both will burn. Not only is it not twisted (conductors), but they are the wrong/non-standard colors. That has to be bottom of the barrel Chinese crap...
