the website wont even let me login. I submitted an application yet I got no reply from TAP. My uni is sending me a bill now that I can't afford!

Whenever I try doing this, I get a "There has been an error processing this action. Try again" message. Even if I do try again nothing happens. It's a very frustrating technical issue and apparently my only other option is waiting for weeks to get help.

I tried to join the virtual drop-in session to receive help regarding my TAP so I don't have to wait two weeks to get assistance. The time to log into meet is 2-4 pm. When I tried to join the Zoom meeting, it says that the Host has locked the meeting. This process has benn very frustrating for myself and for my daughter trying to correct an error and receive financial aid sooner.

I need to upload docs but when I click the return to account he link cited in the video does not exist. FYI. Is it shut down once the award is complete?
