Erik and I had such a pleasant experience at the design center. We were super prepared and got everything that we really wanted. In this video, you will learn about all of the tips and strategies that we used in order to have a successful experience. On top of all of the tips and strategy I give in this video, please do your own research. I did watch several youtube videos to also help me make more informed decisions. We are in no way saying that these tips/strategies will work 100% for you but we believe that they will definitely help give you a difference perspective!

The agent from the builder should give a price sheet for the optional package . I will help your budget. Great video.

Thank you! That price sheet was so important. I have seen builders just send people to the design center without a price sheet so they go with an unrealistic budget and usually go over because they are making so many decisions at once.
