Thank you for addressing these common "little" mistakes that cause us to get frustrating results. The tips on heel turns are especially useful.

The whole ankle ankle awareness is a game changer. Also the femur excercise is deceptively bio dynamically altering!

Content is always excellent but there is a strong echo effect especially when Lelelia is speaking. Is there any way to fix this? Thanks
@PockyluvrProductions4 жыл бұрын
When you're doing the fix for mistake #2, are you still maintaining a neutral posture? When I move my shoulder blade in the way described it causes my shoulders to round slightly, causing neck pain and shoulder impingement symptoms that make it harder to raise the arms. I'm not sure if this is because of improper technique or other neck and shoulder conditions that I have.
@liliiagladiukbieliei4 жыл бұрын
jnobo hello! Yes, I do maintain neutral position when showing shoulder blades movement there. Try to do this movement in a more isolated way keeping your neck muscles relaxed. Of course the best way would be to do it under the supervision of your teacher.

Wayne you need to have some quality control in the videos you post, otherwise you lose credibility ... the audio here is atrocious and the lighting is horrific .... maybe you should spend some time teaching these dancers how to properly shoot videos
@DanceVisionStudios4 жыл бұрын
Given the circumstances of COVID-19, we are coming up with ways to provide you free dance information during this time. While we appreciate the feedback, please take into consideration the hard work, creativity and generosity of these teachers whom are developing ways to capture content during current conditions.

@@DanceVisionStudios c'mon you know I'm not talking about the content being free (although you probably get ad revenues) and I understand these are not your regular dancevision videos produced in studio but the volume here is ridiculous ... at the very least you can easily amplify the volume on your end in editing before you post ....sure I could find a program or extension to rip it off youtube and run a free volume booster program or play it exceedingly high volume on VLC .... but this isn't my responsibility .... your brand has a reputation in the industry in that it maintains quality of excellence and it should be not just be in content but in presentation

i can see and hear everything clearly. You are a complainer.

I can hear the lecture perfectly. We will be happier people if we learn how to appreciate the efforts that instructors and Wayne put in. Please stop complaining , it is very discouraging for the people who put the efforts and you do have the choice not to watch.

You might want to take your own "quality control" advice...
