You have to drill your boreholes in the dry season because in the wet season, the water levels rise and when the dry or normal seasons kick in, your water level reduces. That's why some people drill boreholes and it can't even fill half of a 10,000 Litre tank

There is dust suppression on proper drill rigs. The level of pollution from these borehole drillers is because their rigs are not equipped with a dust suppression system. In a nutshell, these borehole drills shouldn't be drilling in human settlements without a suppression system for dust. I would say it is a lack of regulation or enforcement of regulation. Greetings from Kojo

Land in Ghana became expensive due the year of return.when a lot of tourists started come to Ghana and buying land,people are now greedy.The pricing is not due to economic factors. Let us stay within our means Ghana. There was a time in ghana, when you buy a plot of land,the chiefs might add half plot for you.we are killing ourselves.

In any capitalist country prices go up. It's not Ghana alone. Ask people in the USA, UK, Canada, etc if prices for housing is going down.

What about the lands in Katamanso and Amrahia, how is the litigation issues in those areas. Please advise.

Just do your die diligence. - landscomison search - high Court search - take your own surveyor to the site dont do nothing with seller site plan. - Custumor Land secretariet Registry search - grounds rent search And very important go to the neighbours and people in the erea and ask them. Before you purchase make agreement that you pay 10% to start some work to test land. After 1/2 weeks of wall building with no issue you give another % and during transfer the last amount everything true bank. The 10% and start of work is to test land if their is big issue you can still leave.

what is the water table like in Maledjor and Katamanso areas will I get water when I drill a borehole and is it generally salty?
@AbdulJawula5 күн бұрын
You will need to get a professional to check the plot for you. No one can know for sure.

I'm building at katamanso. There's water cos I just drilled recently(check my recent shorts here on KZbin), but it's very salty, so you'll definitely need the reverse osmosis. My neighbours pipes are all rusted due to this..

The water table at Maledjor seems high. Worked on a foundation trench there last week and drowned after some light showers on Friday.
