Basically, stay away from North Philly, west Philly, Germantown, and Frankford!!!

lead paint , Pyrites in the concrete witch will fall apart , and also Chinese sheet rock .those are some big ones also

I don't know about chinese sheet rock issues, i'll have to investigate.
