Hi tharik yes you can .. upto 3 years is not a big issue as long as u have a valid reason when u attend interview after finishing mca ..earlier it was 2 years max acceptable by top mnc 's but post covid lot of things changed .. i suggest u to do in tier 1 college for better placements all the best
