I cannot thank you enough for highlighting this. I have visited multiple dermatologists through my teenage years and nobody stopped me from using mometasone. Until one kind doctor asked me to stop it and I am now in my recovery phase of topical steroid withdrawal. The withdrawal process was painful and traumatizing. As per my dermatologist recommendation, the routine I followed is : Gentle cleanser - Cetaphil for sensitive skin Mosituriser - Cetaphil lotion for sensitive skin Sunscreen - episoft ac Keep your skincare minimal and let your skin breathe.. Avoid going into the sun, if possible. Eat healthy and try not to eat so much dairy products. Lastly, don't spend too much time thinking about your skin and try to keep your mind busy. It will HEAL. I unfortunately used clobetasol cream for years due to acne. So, believe me you will be OK.

For Acne Treatment, all these were recommended by my Dermatologist to use it for 3 months. These creams certainly helped me with my acne but also made my skin hypersensitive and also caused redness. She is true, earlier I used skin lite for my pigmentation even though it was suggested by my dermatologist Within 2,3 days my pigmentation was gone and started white patches so I stopped using it after a week,then after 2 days my pigmentation was worse than before it took more than 6 months to get rid of it. I was 13 when i had started acne, one of my friend suggested to use betnovate n cream and make it little extra i added turmeric powder and left overnight .after a week suddenly one day my face started itching when i checked in the mirror my face was fully covered with pimples like chicken pox. I was traumatized could not look at my face scared to go out .l am 33 now still have those acne scars.
