We went to Jordan inJune for 2 weeks. Whilst the country is beautiful, Jordanian people in the tourist industry are superficial (matlabi nice)... Whilst our tent in Wadi Rum was nice, they were also upset that we didn't take the tour. Many other incidences where people pretended that they were being nice and offering, only to later realise they were only concerned with making a sale to you at extortionate prices... There were genuinely nice people as well, but somehow most of them turned out to be migrants from neighbouring countries

In 70 JD, most camps include stay/food and sight seeing. There is no need to book separate stay as such for stay at the camp. That's the standard rate, +/- 5JD.

According to my travel experience, Pakistani people are more sincere towards tourists. We give them respect from core of our hearts except few people but ratio of tourists scams is less as compared to other parts of world. We should not underestimate ourselves. We r best nation.
