I never comment but this is Why i respect your channel. Most people make reviews without first seeing the ergonomics of how said card acts in daily life (or have no intentions of even getting the product at all, reading strictly specs) When and if there is a issue they certainly don't go back to clarify previous statements.This vid is so refreshing and greatly appreciated.

I had the IHG card and my only issues was that I hate IHG hotels. Every one I've been to seemed dingey and dirty, while the equivalent Hyatt hotels of equivalent cost seem much better.

Hey, Noble, thanks for all the math! I'm gardening my Chase cards. I currently have the CSR, the Ink Cash and Ink Unlimited, and the two Freedom cards, which I got all 5 Chase cards within there last 6 months. I'm at 4/5, so I can't add any personal cards right now. I'm considering the IAG business card next, but the Hyatt business card is also on my list. Any other recommendations?

Great setup, if I’m reading your question correctly, you can only add a business credit card? I don’t know what 4/5 is, are you saying 4 cards opened in 5 months? what is your 5/24 status and how many total credit cards have you opened in the past 6 months. You should have a United card (preferably the United Club Business card for club access if you ever fly United, it’s the cheapest way to gain that privilege at $450). You said you’re getting the IHG business card, and that the Hyatt Businesss card is on your list, I would go IHG first since the Hyatt business doesn’t come with an anniversary free night. The sign up bonus for the Hyatt Business can be lucrative with category 1 properties for a long time if you can do the $12,000 in 6 months for 75k points.

I have 3, I believe the rule is that you can’t apply for more than one CSR. I only applied for 1, but I was able to product change the other 2 (Chase Slate and Freedom Unlimited) up to Reserves. Actually made one a preferred before making it a reserve

Just making sure, you're getting the $300 credit across your extra two reserves without the annual fee right? How long ago was this? Just to give an idea if it's still applicable for me. That's a pretty insane value you found there!

@@SuubUWU that is correct. I get $900 per year across 3 CSRs. My first CSR was acquired in 2018, and my last upgrade occurred in probably 2021. But any active military member can still get away with this, it’s not time restrictive or grandfathered like how it is with the biz platinum.

What do you think about the Hilton Surpass giving free night upto 150,000 points on $15k spend. I am planning to pay my property tax through the card and get the free night plus the 45,000 points.

You’re better off applying for another card or multiple cards and getting a bonus for that kind of spend. Order of operation: 1. Gain a sign up bonus if you can, from a card you know you’ll keep. 2. If you cannot gain a sign up bonus, do the same amount of spend, $15k, but earn Chase Ultimate Rewards points (if you have the Chase Sapphire Reserve or Preferred with a trifecta setup) or AmEx Membership Rewards points (if you have an Amex platinum setup), or Capital One (if you have a Venture X with a quicksilver setup) or U.S. Bank points (if you have the Altitude Reserve with an altitude setup) or Bank of America Points (if you have the Premium Rewards Elite with a BofA setup) or Citi Thank you points (if you still have the Citi Prestige with a Citi custom cash setup) 3. If none of the above is available or true then do the spend on you surpass card.
