Hello 👋 William, I did struggle with drinking enough water until about 12 years ago when I gave up all soft drinks. I started drinking a gallon plus of water everyday and have done so ever since. Safe travels and blessings to you and your family.

Permaculture #QnA: William, hello again. We have been growing our own food for years now. Suddenly though our seedlings go from great to dying when we up plant them from the seedling trays to red cups. They were absolutely fine in seed trays but now they get yellow and wither and die. All the soil we use to up plant is complete compost from our bins. What The Heck is Happening!?! We haven't changed anything at all. And FTR, it doesn't matter what we up pot, all is having the same impact. We look forward to you doing soil testing so we can give you our dollars instead of something we can not trust. Peace and Blessings.

Travel with babies is hard. Semi-frequent breaks for movement. I found getting my kids a change of clothes on long trips keeps the kid funk off. It also helps me feel refreshed. Travel from TX to NC is not easy. It’s a slog. I also found that the roadside america app is really fun to use to make the trip go quicker and helps you find semi-interesting places to stop!

KOT is a good badaid good for getting you out of pain and building some resilience. Long-term to prevent injury you would be best served by GOATA, functional patterns, and/or the Weck method. These focus on coding the proper motor patterns into your body.

William, I drink coffee in the morning with Biotrust tumeric and collagen. I had a knee injury last year and recovered fast with no doctor. I recommend tumeric & collagen. Be safe.

What injury did you have? If you tore your meniscus, that heals on its own over time.
