Are they *really* Robots? Despite having the face plate removed to reveal the technical bits, these *robots* bleed when shot at, they breathe during ULP mission where they were “sleeping”/ offline. They also aren’t affected by the EMP launcher. My best guess is that they’re cyborgs made from Clones of Avon’s army.

Avon juggernauts have more of the combat powers we fear in a tough boss level enemy in GTA. The Cayo jugs... When I do the setups I make sure I got some extra good shit set up, like the minigun and rocket launcher support gear!

The info about the juggernaut of the cayo perico heist is incomplete since in the preparations you can clearly see that there is 2 juggernauts 1 that are included on the weapon mercenaries so it does appear on the preps.
