I like the long videos. Don't worry about mistakes. Everybody makes them. I would watch the history videos about presidents. I hope your surgery goes well.

Listen to the Dr about staying off your leg a week. You don't want to mess up your knee and have to get the surgery again. Or worse, have permanent pain.
