Avylet A1 Dashcam Review! (2.5k Video Quality @30fps, Super Compact Size!)

Here is the Avylet A1 dashcam. This is a must have for anyone who drive a vehicle. This is capacitor powered. This is a set and forget device until you need it most like an accident. You can use the Avylet app to download video files to your cellphone. You can use the app to make changes to the camera settings as well including sync it to your phone to update time and date settings. You can use up to 128GB micro-SD memory cards in this A1. This records audio as well. You can purchase a GPS unit to plug in this A1 separately to record your locations and MPH as you drive. The A1 has a nice build quality. The app you can use to make changes to the camera as well from it directly. WiFi download is stable and fast if 1- or 3-minute file size is used. Cable install is different in vehicles, so I advise to run it along top of windshield then behind door jamb rubber seal then across steering wheel area, then plug it in. Easy to hide wire because it is thin. Thanks for watching!

I live as an expat in a country where there is extreme protectionism, on roads locals drive so badly, most of the time drive on your side. whatever happens, if you don't have the proof that it wasn't your fault, you'll be charged as the guilty one. I bought this dash cam so I can record daily drives and show it to police and insurance if something happens.

Nice video. Thanks. I wonder what is the voltage/amps consumption to set 2 of them for a kinda 360 surveillance over night. Is there anything in the manual saying amps ? 5volts 2amps could be 10watts… maybe less..

Has anyone else struggled to connect camera to the app? I have the settings the way the app states through my phone but every time I click on connect to WiFi it still takes me to my phone settings instead of connecting the camera to the app

Can this camera record in [3:4] or [9:16] format? Do you know of any that do it for the vehicle?

16:9 is an older wide screen and 4:3 is a letter box square. I am not sure of any unless you find a 1080p which you could probably downsize it in the menu settings. Thanks for watching!

I put my SD card in and everything was working fine. Now it has a message to delete files and when I click ok it says it can’t because it’s not formatted correctly. I thought it looped new videos over old videos. Do you know how to fix this?
