AW Season Delayed And Bug Fixes Coming!

When coding, it is all connected. Changing or adding to a code in one place, believe it or not can effect something else completely unrelated. My guess would be they added something to the code somewhere and for some reason it effected something else that it wasn't intended to effect (Juggs). This is common when coding. The main issue I have is did no one do any tests? all it takes was trying Juggs once to notice that a code that was implemented broke Juggs. To me it just shows there isn't much QA testing before patches are released. I am not surprised it is going to take at least a week to fix, as they probably have a ton of code to go through and test to find what piece of code broke Juggs, as it more then likely is not related to Juggs's coding. They probably added a ton of stuff in the patch and didn't test the new stuff individually but rather uploaded it all together, and now they do not know what part of the code broke Juggs. Going through all that code to find the 1 line of code that created this issue is extremely hard and time consuming. My guess is that is what happened, and is currently happening. Not making excuses for them, you asked how this can happen, and this is the most likely scenario. Anyone who has ever done coding, or coded games can understand how this can easily happen, but normally when adding or changing codes, it is tested immediately to make sure it worked correctly and didn't break anything, before adding it to the main code. Just reading through the comments I can tell , none of them have coded before. Hot fixes are easy when you know the line of code that caused the break. They are not so easy when you do not know which code caused it, have limited staff, and now you must go through ALL of it.

To be fair to kabam the game is huge and it wouldn't be possible to test every single interaction every single time something is added or changed

Seems to me that most of the specials are identical. They just put different animations over a set pattern. So it likely has to do with how they have those tagged.

Most recent update screwed the coloring on more characters such as cheeilth, and Galan and Ironheart have been discolored for like a month now

It suck, but I’m a little glad they delayed instead of just proceeding. Not sure why it takes 2 weeks though.

I think the base code of the game is held together with duct tape and the honestly don’t know how it works anymore. Look at the update that broke the inputs. Look at the updates that seriously mess with the AI. Kabam either has 0 quality control (which isn’t possible) or the servers they use for development and testing aren’t built in the same basis as the game. I remember one post in the forums where Kabam discovered part of the AI was in a part of the game engine and they admitted to not knowing that. It can’t be easy to adding to a base code from 10 years ago but that doesn’t excuse how terrible each update is.

They are also still including Banquet Tickets in the Daily Deals, but they have removed the spot in the Trader's Outpost where we trade them for Gold. Should we just keep these Banquet Tickets for 2025 Banquet?

Some Ai's block the second hit of sp1(with different champs)..had a few fight 3 or more in arena and they blocked the second hit!

To your point they shouldn’t have been touching Juggs code at all. So why?? Were they trying to silently nerf his special and messed it up? I am so confused.

Hotfix means it's fixed almost immediately. Next week is taking the p1ss. If these were bugs that benefitted the community and not kabam, they would be fixed within 24 hours. They just keep giving me reasons to dislike them. 😢

This game is a complete joke. People spend so much money and the game is literally broken. Spiral has been broken for more than a month and now juggernaut is broken. How does that happen? Where’s the quality control? It’s unacceptable yet this stuff happens every month
