Right now problem is not Adulteration Erythrosine colour, but the problem is How is watermelon getting corrupted nowadays. First of all, injections are used in them at the initial farm stage . These injections have a hormone called oxytocin also found in females it's work is to facilitate the process of childbirth. This oxytocin is used to grow the watermelons early. It is believed that watermelons can ripe overnight by the use of this, but it's use can be disastrous for our health as it causes nervous breakdown. Once it gets big, to make them ripe calcium carbide is used and this chemical is not good for our health. Calcium carbide can cause headache, dizziness sleepiness and weakness . Even it can cause Blood pressure problems and seizures.
