1Lakh 1%, 2Lakh 2% and so on up to 29Lakh - 29%. After that 30% flat. This will reduce tax burden and increase the number of tax payers. For ever 5% different (i.e. 1-5, 6-10 and so on)create different color social security card (like ration card) and attach some benefits to those cards.

Up to 5 lac zero tax , 5 to 15 lac 10% , 15 to 30 lac 20% and 30 plus 30% infinite no surcharge, Other option is no income tax , saving tax 30% on interest or capital gain
