I don't think JDCR's effort is equal to the result man... he has to get in because he's getting chipped with safe d3 to hadouken / no hadouken mixup, also the chip damage is there then we have the pokes to a launch confirm or normal dragonpunch but every whiff JDCR gets just lead to small damage pokes or hit/no hit df2 if and only if JDCR went the Knee path and chose better character...

Arslan already know what Awais bad habit etc. their very familar with each other. that's why Awais didn't used Akuma on the first fight when he fights Arslan in the final hoping he can change up the pace but yeah, it didn't work. So for me, Arslan did won against Awais cuz Arslan is definitely a better player, but another factor that made him won the fight that make it one-sided cuz he has more experience and familiar with fighting Awais. On the otherhand JDCR is also better player compare to Awais but he lost cuz he not used to Awais's Akuma match up. JDCR play online, not many online players play akuma. He lacks experience fighting akuma. so like what JDCR says at the end, if he play offline, practice fighting Akuma with the pakistani, i think JDCR would have win the fight. sorry bad english

You know a strong player when you see one. Awais Honey was definitely strong and we saw him use not just Akuma on tournaments but still win. But a player who uses mid to low tier tournament characters like JDCR but still reach the top 3 is something else. Imagine if JDCR started playing Akuma/Geese/Eliza and masters the character. He would totally dominate and fight toe to toe with the other Pakistan players. Using Armor King, Dragunov, and Heihachi against characters like Akuma and the other top tier but still give them a very hard time speaks for the pilot's skills. That's why I'm a big fan of him.

That is some years ago. Arslan is now the best Pakistani player and arguably the best player in the world. Arslan almost won all Pakistani tournaments last year. And just now he beat Awais at grandfinals. Last year there are Pakistani like Awais Honey that is in Tekken world tour finals. Japanese chikurin won that. No doubt along with Koreans and Japanese players, Pakistan top players are formidable at Tekken. If not for covid we might have seen by now many hype tekken offline tournaments last year.

You can see the difference in culture here. Look at the movement of JDCR vs Awais. Korean players really love their movement, sidesteps, sidewalks, wavedash, kbd, etc. Pakistani players on the other hand, play thru by sheer punish and blocks. They don't "spam" sidesteps. And you can see the same in their offense. Korean players love moves with tracking on them, meanwhile Pakistani players love "safe" / fast moves. You can see the same even with Arslan... though he takes it on the extreme. Very smart player, and very quick reactions.

The sad thing is JDCR still parried MULTIPLE d/f 3s on prediction provided it's a cheap, unseeable, low (watch again, you'll see it) and lost to the scummy mix up. Hearing the caster say fireballs are "keeping him honest" is a joke when they aren't part of fundamental tekken. Makes no sense that Akuma is able to use multiple demon flip options (including an unbreakable air throw), have mix ups, have free space control both in his tatsu/projectiles/focus attack cancels OR COMMITMENTS , have EX bars for mental pressure, AND have nooby level execution combos (which were made easier btw) with insane damage and wall carry (don't get me started on the pocket sand, unblockable, rage art with insane damage bc we've all been hit by it). I'm not saying Awais isn't good, but dude...get real if you call this a fair character after he's at least 60-70% mastered. JDCR definitely dropped the ball on many punishes, but can you really blame him when he's more worried about his opponent's gameplan that breaks the fundamental logic of the game using meter? TLDR: Akuma is a bs character and need's his d/f 3 and demon flip nerfed. This is Tekken, not Street Fighter.

That means he can lose all he wants, but every win will only occur with akuma. What this means? It means that your argument is the one that is invalid.
