Why Darkness is afraid because she's a daughter of noble, and noble is bow to royal families. The worst is its the fist princess, which if you say something a bit rude, they can behead you up. Not only that, The Dustiness Family is on verge of losing their asset and authority. So, one step messed up, they will lose their authority or being kick from the noble, the worst they will treat them like traitor to the royal families. So, its way better to turn down the invitation. Like having a celebration party but you bring your stupid friends 😂😂

Technically you can say this is season 4. They made a 12 episode spinoff series for Megumin. “An Explosion on this Wonderful World” it’s a fun little mini series to watch. It’s her origin story

Supplementary info/LN changes Fun fact: most of this episode is anime original and rearranged cut content from LN 5/the movie (Sylvia and related PTSD, Kazuma wanting to be a monk, Chris appearing, and the mallet are all anime original.) 6:44 - When Megumin held his hand, he reminisced his past (it’s implied that she’s like his childhood friend) of his childhood friend wanting to marry him, only for him to get traumatized from seeing her riding a senpai’s bike and never went back to school/became a HikiNEET and became well known in online games. This is basically why he is the way that he is/‘gender equality’ and that he has PTSD. Extra info about Tranquility Girl: the stump is part of the body, it gives a lot of EXP (like the Farfetch’d monster from KonoBakuen), and old people seek one out to die in tranquility (hence the name) by eating a placebo fruit that doesn’t feed them and they pass away in peace and painlessly. It’s similar to the movie, where Ep. 1 contains the cliffhanger ending from the previous book (the letter from Iris is how the movie should’ve ended and Ep. 2 will be the start of LN 6.) 13:36 - Nobles have a responsibility and if they misbehave in front of royals, it would bring great shame to her house (remember that this is a monarchy where commoners have low rights and Lords and Knights have to obey the ones above their castes, so it really is just that simple.)

I watched this episode early today, and I didn't enjoy it much. Wathing alongside you made me enjoy it a whole lot, maybe it's an anime better enjoyed with company even if virtual. I'll be sure to tune in next week. Cheers =)
