I was listening to one of my favourites bands: Holding Absence on Spotify, and after listening "Wilt", came this amazing song. Inmediately saved it, and repeated it like 10 times. Then came other two amazing songs: "171 xo" by Thousand Below and "Glass Heart" by Captives, and I had no words. Is this a new era of good music? The song is fantastic, the chorus is great, but the transition to the chorus at 0:45 for example where you're soft singing and it just abruptly stops and almost cuts off your last word and then drops the chorus just sounds so odd, I literally thought an ad started playing at that moment, it does not flow well right there. It almost seems like an editing and post-production error. The chorus transition at 1:48 is perfect and flows into it nicely. Great work guys, can't wait for more! I'd love to have you come to Utah, come with Slaves, Dayseeker, and Captives!

ProjectKaos yeah it definitely took me a while to grasp the chorus drop, but after listening to it a couple times, it matches up with the tempo and hits on beat, it just sounded odd with the silence and than triplet lead in, but now I got it, just felt odd at first

It’s an effect that was poorly done. Go listen to royal beggars by architects. Right before the instruments kick in. It does this silence on tempo thing, but way more classy. Doesn’t fit with this song very well, hence it sticking out so hard for you guys.
