I just needed to comment and say thank you so much for posting this 🙏🏻 I had a really traumatic day yesterday, but having this on while doing yoga, reading these affirmations was SO incredibly on point for what I was experiencing. It got me so emotional I bawled my eyes out, I needed to hear it so bad and it was so healing for me. This was divine timing, thank you 🥹
