My Dear Suzanne, I am so glad I chose to listen to this wonderful podcast today. I loss my mother about a month ago and I miss and need her so much. She needed a pacemaker replacement. According to Mom’s cardiologist, this was suppose to be a very simple procedure. I chose to take care of Mom, because I really wanted to get to know her better. All my life I felt like we were like oil and water. What was suppose to be a week or two away from my husband and home, turned out to be 15 weeks. Poor Mom had some complications with this new pacemaker. Needless to say, Mom who was 93 years old at the time, had a total of 3 surgeries before she passed away. We had become very close during this time together. When she needed to go to physical therapy, she asked me to stay with her and I did. Mom had become a Great, Great, Grandmother. She was almost done with a baby afghan for her new Grandson, Lewis, before she passed away. Now, I have to finish this afghan without her guidance. I’ve been praying to God to please allow Mom to be with me during the time of trying to finish this afghan. Mom taught me how to knit when I was 11 years old and now I am 72, not near as good as Mom’s work. She was a very experienced with her knitting skills, and had made some very beautiful work. Right now I need a miracle. There is 9 rows in this afghan that creates this very beautiful lace pattern. I need my Mom so much. 💋🙏❤️

Suzanne, I am so grateful to have come across this video today on Jan 1st, 2025. Even though I have been following you for years, I have never come across this one. Thank you thank you thank you... what a blessing this was! Here's a little practice I find amazing: every morning when I wake up and say thank you for a new day, I say thank you for my happy surprise (and I LOOK FORWARD TO IT!) and every single day without fail there is one! Sometimes a small one like a particularly beautiful flower I come across unexpectedly, sometimes I find something I've lost, sometimes even something big... but always there's something wonderful. Then before I go to sleep I say thank you again, and warp my heart around gratitude as I fall asleep. I'm convinced this is helping me to heal (I have MS).

I am blessed to have a meditation energy teacher who is a death doula and that is almost exactly what she does as people are passing. She sends them unconditional love via a blue color she sends through their feet in the entire body just telling them they are loved. It's such a beautiful process. Regarding your experience in San Francisco while driving your RV (while also towing a car!), it reminded me of an experience I had in South Florida on I-95 when I accidentally cut off a car full of young people. I could see very angry looks on their faces which made me feel so sorry. I had changed lanes in heavy traffic and they were in my blind spot. I am usually so careful when I drive on the highways, but this time I just didn’t see them. I mouthed “I’m sorry” (of course they couldn’t hear me). Immediately, their expression changed and they smiled at me and went on their way. This happened years ago (I’m 68 years old and no longer drive because of eye problems), but it stayed in my memory as an example of what can happen when you acknowledge wrongdoing and sincerely show remorse.

Hi Suzzane❤️ I just finished one of your classes with a lesson on guidance meditation and I asked my guides to show me a ❤️, I’m sewing and listening now with my back to my iPad, I turned around to get a drink and saw the heart shaped glasses, which is what I asked my guide to show me, I said if you’re there listening then within the next week show me a heart that I can see through, I meant on a window when I’m driving this next week. I have been on this path my whole life but was never aware. Now that I have been actively searching I notice all of the things from my past that was leading me in this direction. There are things I still do that come from my very human nature and it is reassuring to know that it's okay.
