A little steep IMHO, even for NY. And I'm just not wowed by the interior (YMMV). As usual there is no address so we can't check out the neighborhood. That said, it's nice to see you in New York. No shortage of really great real estate on the market.

If I ever had the money to buy such a place,, I think I would gut this place and start over. Although the exterior and interior space is interesting. The interior lacks character. All of The doors are not special. They look like the doors would find an office building. I definitely don’t like walking directly from the front door/street level of the building,, over bridge and into an office. Where You can see the bathroom sink,, as soon as you walk in the building. Hopefully that is smart and glass (that can turn from dark to clear) surrounding the office. Are those louvers or Phoenician blinds on the outside or inside of the building? They do not look good outside for sure. And if they are outside,, I can’t imagine what cleaning them might be like. I would’ve preferred to see either brick exterior. Or if it was going to be all glass,, then it should be smart windows & beautiful curtains. Because of ignition blinds or whatever metal thing that is in front of the building,, does not look good. The interior looks like a maze. It’s just walls and rooms,, In unusual configurations. Especially around the stairs. The backyard has very little,, if any greenery or privacy. That’s a lot of money to pay,, for people to be able to stare into your backyard. But I’m sure trees, bushes or a fancy distractible canopy can be added. Walk-in closets are nonexistent. Anyone that’s willing to spend that kind of money for that type of home. Would have a massive wardrobe. These dressing room looks like little corridors or hallways. Where your clothing and shoes are just hanging up. Based on this video,, it looks like anyone can walk into your bedroom and turn the corner and see all your shit. Rather than a proper high end dressing room. I also feel too much floor spaces gone. I would gladly give up some of the views from the top floors,, to the bottom floors,, for actual floor space. Where people actually live. I feel that The interior is interesting for interesting sake. Not practical. The stairs are blocky and look like a dolly painting. Which is cool,, but maybe not practical for a home. There are other creative and artistic choices. They could’ve made with the stairs for sure. There’s a lot of empty space and opened floors. Some of the interior spaces are interesting. Some of the ideas are interesting. But I don’t think they work well cohesively or organically.

It's completely out of place for the neighborhood. Nobody wants what would be by far the nicest and largest place around, when everyone else is living in 2-3 bedroom apartments with fire escapes and air conditioning sticking out.
