This is a great episode. I need to watch last week episode and possibly the one before. I want to be a CISO, too. As Eric said, you need to know what your natural state is. I also wonder if Dr. Cole can make an episode about all the activities that a CISO must do? The alignment of the info sec strategy with the corporate strategy, for instance?
