$42 per month for real estate taxes? Every other new similar home in Ocala is $3000 to $4000 per year.

Sorry not a fan of the open concept it just looks like the builder decided to be cheap by not building extra walls and still charge more.

I want to ask a question how do y'all want people to work with you all and you lying about the square footage of the home that house is not almost 2000 sq ft and you can't even fit a king size bed and then they asked him for almost $300,000 that's ridiculous if you going to be a realtor for the people you need to work for the people not the builders that would make people don't want to deal with a lot of the Realtors even though you have good content you got to be for the people not the bill the sweetheart...

Hey Thank you for you comment! Well, the first thing to understand is how it is that it works here in Florida. First of all, I do not work for a builder in Florida. There is a listing agent the builders representative in this case, and there is a buyers agent (me). This listing is not mine. I do not represent the builder at times you can represent both sides so you can list the property for the builder or any seller and then if you happen to find a buyer, you can also help the buyer purchase the home that you have listed. That being said this is 1961 ft.² and I give pretty honest reviews on each home that I go to if you watch more of my videos, you will see that I speak the truth about each home. I find it very necessary for people who are from far away, looking at these videos to be able to make a choice from a far, since they cannot come down and take the time to look at each home. That being said if you have anything like this, the best thing to do is just reach out.

@@jamietherunningrealtor I understand them but that house it's not 1961 square foot and you can't even put a king size bed in there I live in Florida I live in Miami Florida to be exact and I see it kind of got to you cuz the way you came at me and yes I do watch your videos and pretty much your videos is on point but this one was not and thank you

@@tashacoakley2461 no nothing gets to me I have to answer you question thorough bc there are others who see the Q and As if I don’t answer in an educated manner with detailed info no one will call me. But if I answer questions like these as I answer all no matter what energy they come with to me, I always will happily inform you how it really goes!! This house according to the builder is 100 percent 1961 sq ft it’s in the MLS they can’t just say it is and not be.
