Finally, I've found somebody who makes sourdough bread with sprouted wheat berries. I asked a couple of bakers, but never got an answer. You already answered all my questions with your separate videos. I can't wait to start the whole process tomorrow. Thank you for making all these videos from the very start. I'll start from making starter. So excited. I already have dried sprouted wheat berries. Appreciate.
