I will never rent out my apartment looking like that. I will never be able to find tenant looking like that 😂😂😂. The landlord should at least have a decency to clean it up. An evil landlord will increase the price once they see it has been renovated.

Been there and done that, so be careful kid and don’t let criminals get the high hand. Why is the apartment full of someone else’s stuff? This isn’t in the US is it? Cause if so, you can take the video to the fair housing board and get take their entire building for hazards living conditions!
