You did a superb job stitching this retrospective all together my friend, quite in depth & very enjoyable for a big 007 fan such as myself! I have this game & all the other four 6th gen games in my original Xbox library, I just got the "007 Nightfire" strategy guide a couple months back as I'm going after all the remaining 5th through 7th gen guide books for my complete 007 collection. I look forward to more of these older Bond retrospective pieces you do such a fantastic job on bud, keep them coming!

This was the first game I played on my brand new PS2 back when it released. I was amazed by the difference compared to PS1 games at the time. After watching this I really want to go back and play it again!

easily the best bond game as far as im concerned, although the vehicle sections range anywhere from mediocre to actively horrible, especially deep descent. agent under fire did a much better job with its vehicle segments, especially streets of bucharest which is a total classic

@@joethealternativegamer3935 honestly once i watched a video online on how to platinum each of them (deep descent and island infiltration) they are both completely doable in a couple tries, i mostly just find them sort of restrictive and boring compared to the ones in agent under fire, still nothing too bad

Fantastically fun Bond game, my favorite for sure. This was the game that convinced me to buy a PS2 multitap so all of my friends could play together, since so much time before was spent waiting in turn.

@@joethealternativegamer3935 I love the variety in gameplay, the gadgets and the title music. The game is really amazing Night shift and the first level being my favorite. My only nitpick is that the game is rather short but other than that one of the best bond games. Love your video mate. Looking forward to more content

Useless fact, but I was going to apply for an internship with them during my third year at university and met with some of the team at a game developer conference event (they were giving a talk on 007 Legends) and then they got shut down... this game is the reason I was going to apply - I had it on GameCube (that 4 player multiplayer) I used to love using the mini helicopter on MP and yes... Oddjob was banned in our house for obvious reasons.

@@joethealternativegamer3935 I never got on with the tank - but getting on the helicopter at either base on Skyrail and flying through the map was so good but also so OP - it was so hard to hit them if you were on the receiving end.

This game (PS2) I thought was little bit overrated when I played it. Mainly because of some annoying levels like that slow and boring underwater one without checkpoints and that island rail shooting without health refills. I think I prefer Agent Under Fire over this because it had more entertaining levels and better gameplay when it comes to the shooting. But I still enjoyed playing this one.

@@joethealternativegamer3935 I think we can! 😁 I also have to slightly disagree with that PC port which I actually kinda enjoyed. My favorite Bond games now are GoldenEye N64, Everything or Nothing and From Russia With Love. EoN might be number one...

I only heard reports about how terrible this game was. Guess people were just telling me about the PC version, then again I was at the point fully invested in PC so I couldn't have played the other version anyways. Will you be doing Bloodstone as well?
