Yes, it is disappearing and this is a great show. But the salad is even better - what a great combination! And thanks; glad you enjoyed the video!

Ive known you David Stember since i was 14 and you 16. Seems crazy you are still wotrking at the Whaling Station after all these years. When i have the opportunity to visit Monterey again, i will stop in for dinner.😊 I wonder if you'll recognise me.😁

This server wanted to GTFO as soon as possible. Nice to have it made table side, but this is not the reference standard on how to do a table side Caesar.

This is how to do a table side Caesar if time and profit are not immediate concerns. kzbin.info/www/bejne/oaabY3uGpZl9o9E

@@ASH-mo4qg I agree with what you said in the first comment, but the video you referred is also not showing good practice in my opinion. Starting with the chipped bowl, how he squeezed the lemon juice on the table and squirted a bit on the tablecloth, how he left the olive oil out entirely. In this video, the person explains why and how is he making the salad, while working in a clean and organised manner. kzbin.info/www/bejne/oonXqperaseNd9U
