외국인들이 이 케이크가 실패한 케이크 라고 하는데.. 이건 원래 이렇게 나오는 케이크야 ㅠ 저게 아주 잘 만들어진 케이크라고....

Выглядят тортики как мои самые первые. Сверху подгорел, внутри сыроват, боковинки потресканы. Не верится что покупают за 40000 вон ( около 3000 руб. ).

Да уж, горелый чизкейк 😵. Что может быть ужасней? Когда духовку открывают, дым прямо валит. А всё потому, что неправильная технология приготовления ☝️. Нужно выпекать при температуре ниже, чем у них (судя по дыму она бешеная), и на водяной бане продолжительное время. И ни в коем случае не включать конвекцию ☝️. А консистенция самой сырной основы очень жидкая, сливки нужно взбивать, прежде чем добавлять к основной массе, чтобы в итоге все получилось консистенцией как слегка подтаявшее мороженое. Вот и все ошибки, как говорится, на лицо ☝️. А то, что получилось у них можно смело отправлять в мусорку. Ибо съев это изделие, можно распрощаться со своей печенью 🤦‍♀️🥴
