@@lucyk.5163 When I was educated they were called Octopi. I know what is being taught now is how you are attempting to correct me, but they will be forever Octopi to me. Do you use commas and the word "and" like it's being taught these days? For example: The younger, slighter, and more heavily tattooed male showed the older, taller and less pierced male that too many holes tends to make you soar among the star dust! Look around! The Starship Enterprise might just be lurking behind one of Saturn's rings! God Bless 😃

Octopi is the correct plural. Octopuses is not in my (English language) dictionary, but I suppose it is commonly used. The only thing is each octopus has 8 arms; these have 9. Yes, I’m a stickler for such things… 9 would drive me crazy! Easy fix though.
