Years ago I took my wife's grandsons here. Newton had a former Civil Defense rescue truck here as well. I thought this film was originally titled "The Great Fire Engine Rescue".

Newton Engine 7 is now housed at its own station and Rescue 1 is also housed at another station and had a 1956 truck for years.

we have 2 Fire houses but we're Volunteer and we have Gamewell Diaphones but they go off anytime for Fire calls or Noon Test since we have 3 horns idk why but we 2 Fire Departments

rascal spaghetti is just food for fire fighters to eat at the fire house not to use on both fire engines and fire truck which engines are the pumper trucks and the trucks are the ladder trucks

River edge Fire Department and Oradell Fire Department use Sirens also for Fire calls or Noon Test or Curfew or Tribro Fire call if it's a big Fire call for Possible Fire or working Fire or Brush Fire or Structure Fire For years Junior Fire man's would go Out to Fire calls unfortunately The Laws is that Junior Fire man's can't go to any Fire calls

This is in Bergen County in NJ and it's not just New Milford NJ or River edge NJ and Oradell NJ the Fire Departments for Big Fires it could be Haworth Nj Bergenfield Nj Dumont nj or Demerest NJ Fire Departments or Closter NJ because there Fire Department is at Knickerbocker RD they have a Diaphone but they don't use it as much or Tappan NY FD they have a Gamewell Diaphone but it's Silent so they use Pagers just like Bergenfield Nj there Horn is different it's Set off Manuely for Ceramonys on November 11th Veterans day
