Those are called Canna lily (13:34) and the flowers don't last very long depending on how much shade they get. Longer in the sun. And the "fruit" are actually seed pods. They will dry out and crack open and drop the seeds which can take YEARS to start growing. You can scarify the seeds till you see white and then germinate them on your own. I love them. They come in many varieties like some are variegated leaves or dark maroon leaves with all types of color flowers. They can get over 6ft tall also. Edit: those seed pods also grow where old flowers have fallen off.

The good: 1. The place is relaxing and beautiful 2. There are several instagrammable spots 3. The food is tasty, especially the tapa and barbecue The bad: 1. First, the ONLY thing that saves this review is their staff Jerome. He is a hero! Too bad day shift sya. Sobrang stressful ung night namin. 2. Our food is ALWAYS LATE! We opted to get our food from them dahil sa good reviews. To avoid corkage fees na din at para less hassle. We ordered lunch upon check in and it was served late (1hr waiting) sobrang gutom na gutom ka na bago makakain. But we understood and gave it a chance since we noticed Jerome was the only one working at the time. He cooks the food and then serves them. We were very patient and tried to understand the situation. We decided to order our dinner in advance (para di na maulit na sobrang gutom na kami bago maserve ung pagkain) . Jerome took our dinner order and schedule at around 5pm. Nakalista sya sa notebook: 7:30pm - help us set up the grill and charcoal and then serve the liempo and barbecue to be grilled 8:00pm - serve the sinigang, rice and chicken wings 9:00pm - takoyaki and soju Guess what? they gave us the charcoal and grill at almost 8pm and without the matches. We had to ask the other cabin to lend us their lighter kasi walang binigay samin. Plus sobrang hirap na hirap kami magpabaga kasi ung charcoal na binigay is damp... Take note, paisa isa dumating ang lahat ng kailangan. Nauna ung charcoal and pit (without the grill) then after 15mins saka dumating ung liempo at bbq sticks. Then ung tongs after ilang minutes. So while we are struggling, we decided to opt for the 8pm food na inorder namin (sinigang, chicken wings, rice, iced tea).. And lo!! ang dumating lang ng 8pm is ung chicken wings. Wala man lang din utensils and plates. 9pm na dumating ung kanin at sinigang! imagine the struggle namin magpabaga para makapagihaw, tapos 1hr late na naman ung food namin. We can also hear the other cabin na hirap na hirap magpabaga dahil basa ung karton, basa din ung charcoal. Pati ung other food nila, late na. inabutan na kami ng ulan at past 9pm sa labas so we had to carry our table sa patio ng tree house namin. And lastly!! 10pm na dumating ung takoyaki namin.. hahaha naubos na ung soju bago dumating ung pulutan. EPIC!! 3. NO BONFIRE. They told us that they will give us wood for the bonfire. That was 8pm (while we were struggling to get the grill going). Pero alang dumating na kahoy. Hanggang sa abutan na nga lang ng ulan at 9pm. Paano ka pa nga naman magbobonfire? The following morning, Jerome told us that the bonfire was supposed to be set up by nightfall. So basta dumilim na, dapat nagseset na ng bonfire. GRABEEEE!! Kasama yan sa bayad.. 4. The staff was not apologetic and rude. They blamed Jerome, who was not on duty that night, for the food mishaps before actually apologizing. Kami pa ung nagapologize kasi nagrereklamo na kami. Also, when we asked for dry charcoal, one of the staff got a bag and then threw it on our pit! LITERALLY! kasalukuyan kami nagpapaypay, walang excuse me, bigla nyang sinabog ung bag ng charcoal sa grill pit namin. RUDE!!!! Then we were told na mataray daw kami?? believe me, we were very polite and kind pa sa kanila. They don't know what real MATARAY is kasi kung ganun kami, baka nagwala na talaga kami sa gutom at nagcheck out na gabi pa lang. We still tried to make the most out of our stay and enjoy the company of our friends and also dahil nabayaran na ng buo ung accommodation upon check in. Overall, is it worth it? No. We spent almost 8,500 for the food and accommodation (6pax) for a super stressful evening. Alam nating glamping. But again I was reminded what glamping is.. GLAM+CAMPING. Everything is there for you kasi nagbayad ka.. Pag camping, little to no expenses dahil NO COMFORT talaga.. Pero this is business.. we paid hard earned money to relax and de-stress from work.. Ending, lalo lang kami napagod at nastress. We expected more from ALL HIGH PRAISES sa page nila. Also, cherry on top, we messaged the page about the experience na sure nababasa ng owners or manager... PRIVATELY ito. We wanted to let them know para maimprove at di mangyari sa iba without publicly giving bad reviews. PERO NO APOLOGY from them or anything. Seen zone lahat ng messages namin. So maybe it's better to post here nalang to let everyone know. :) If you are looking for a glamping experience, marami pa pong iba dyan. we don't recommend this place. Or if you still want to try, pay the corkage fee nalang then bring your own stuff and food (that is if you don't mind eating cold food at night). Make sure that before you go, nakabili ng food sa labas kasi nasa looban ung site. Ang layo sa main road where the restos are. Still, we wish them good luck!

Oh so this is the place where you went to. This is a really neat place. I believe I saw this place being featured in the Living Asia Channel before. The rhino beetle that you thought you saw probably dropped quickly out that plant and burrowed underground while you were not looking haha. And yeah those birds seem to be swiftlets. Cannot be sure since they are too fast. If they have a red cap of feathers on their heads, they're probably Pacific Swallows. And I think the word you were looking for was Sauerkraut.

Oh, that reminds me of my survival camping in one of my former schools Blended Learning Center, or BLC Manila near the Immaculate conception church at Lantana St., and one of the things we had to do was refrain from using our gadgets and bringing our own foods, and rather cooking by ourselves. Also, when we woke up, our Camping master named Gerald played a recorded Reveille Bugle wake up call! We just simply had to skip gadgets for a night because camping is always about learning how to get used to old school stuff for us born in the advent of modern day technology like cellphones, laptops, and whatnot even in the modern day!

Tokay gecko is hard to keep. I gave mine back to the reptile store after a year because it would bite hard and try to escape whenever we cleaned its tank, and it got bigger and stronger over time. Crevice lizards were much easier to move during tank cleaning. You are an expert so maybe you will give tips on how to keep one without losing fingers.

Does kuya roman and ate Elsie go home? If yes, you should we’re a mask. I think the stars are in a mode set by atoy. Not being negative, but why is it called a glamping? The room looks nice, but where is the cr? Is it a bahay kubo or is it just a small hypodermic house. Mikey you can recreate Mariah,a scene there because your legs will get wet. Isn’t the spider web dangerous to play on? Mikey wear a mask in public. Mikey maybe there are a different type of beetles. Are rhino beetles native here in the Philippines? We didn’t see any birds Mikey. Achara and beef tapa is what it is. Why would it be a scary bridge?
