Many of these good ideas that are designed for public places won't last long as people tend to be assholes and ruin good things for the next person.

@Thornback #29 is an awful example of one that would be ruined by assholes, lol. #10 is a better example. "teehee lets put one on a cart even if it's not broken." Or, like, people using #18 as a urinal. People pouring soap on #22 and using it as a slip n slide. People hitting #30 so people have to wait in traffic longer. People scraping dog shit off their shoes on #31 When I was a kid in the 90s, we had #34. I wonder where those went actually. Etc Etc.

The grapefruit spoon was invented 55+years ago. The bench that lets people pick the way that they face is an older one. 100+ years ago railroad passenger cars had seat backs that could face forward, or if more than two people were together the benches were fixed to let them sit facing each other. The people peddling to charge up their cell phones brought back another memory. A married woman spent hours watching the daily dope operas, oops, soap operas on a stationary bike. The man she was married to wired the bike to a battery powered TV. Using a foot pedal to flush Sir Thomas Crapper is another old idea. There's also sinks with foot controls that go back about 20+ years.

Now, that price has dropped to $1.05.9 per litre in our Regional area, and in Sydney, was down as low as 64 cents per litre in some servos, due to the over supply of oil. Got the purpose of the bathroom fan timer switch wrong. It's how long to leave it on after a shower depending on the amount of steam you produced. Most people turn the fan off as they leave, which leaves a lot of moisture still lingering, and that's not good for your house. The timer lets you forget about the fan and still have it on long enough to clear the air of moisture.

Restrooms in high end department stores used to have this, and often an attendant with perfumes. No one took the hinge bolts out of stall doors, nor scratched or wrote their stupid gang names into the walls or SEATS back then, either.

I like this video, but why is there no video preview when you hover over the progress bar? I would like to look again at some of the items, but the only way to do that is to rewatch the entire video, albeit at a faster speed. Please add this user-friendly feature. P.S. video description says the video contains no "harmless or dangerous content." I think you mean no "harmful or dangerous content." If the video contains no harmless content, then ALL the content is harmful.
