Awesome Plane For the Money! Slow Ultra Stick

Looks like a fun plane to fly. Have they beefed up the landing gear any from when the plane first came out?

Yes they have. Considerably more robust than before. I’ve done countless landings on rough ground, landing gear is now just fine. I love flying this plane, so much fun.

NO but I added timber tires to it and it helps a lot!

@bgblindt That's a good idea. I remember reviews, when the plane first came out, about the landing gear being a bit fragile.

Bro , that's a $200.00 plane . I'm very new to this and that plane does look cool but I'm not sure if it's 200 $ cool ? I bought a used apprentice for $10 in excellent condition . I haven't flown it solo yet . Just stumbled across this video , going to watch more of your content . Keep up the good work . That snap was impressive .

you cant beat ths plane for the money, its awesome. Can just fly around, or its pretty aerobatic for what it is.

Look for sales. A-main had it for 159 a while ago. It’s a super fun plane to fly and even when my son did a full nose dive into the ground, it was 25 bucks in the aluminum rod (body) and a prop and 25 minutes of work to get it flying again. It’s also great in light wind as well. The Apprentice is a great plane too especially for 10 bucks!

Thanks. For this size plane it is a good deal. Most are in the $300 and up range.
