That made me laugh. It took forever. I kept waiting for the awesome part. I score them along the ridges and then remove the seeds, but it does take some time. Kind of relaxing, and always worth the wait.

Flip it over and cut on the other side first. The top will fall off. He's cutting on the bloom side.
