Yep, she definitely enjoyed it. It was funny though, she helped me look for it when I realized it was a goner. We spent a long time searching but it is what it is, the cool rocks and fossils made up for it!

The Falls is one of my favorite spots in the state. I grew up in Duvall, just before you get into Door County. The best burgers in the world are served at Joe Rouer’s Bar there. Sorry to hear about your drone. We almost went up to Cave Point that same day, but went to the beaches in Algoma and Kewaunee instead. Amazing agate find by Liz.

Definitely need to check out that bar and grab a burger! We enjoy checking out those falls during different times of the year…this just happened to be the fastest the water was rushing and also happened to be the time my drone lost it’s satellite position lol oh well, it was still a great day!

I’ve never made my way to Erie besides flying over it on my way to Canada 🇨🇦 we tend to get a lot of the goodies the glaciers brought with them (which is awesome, otherwise it would mainly be limestone!) well you’ll have to stick around, we try to put out a new video every week!

What a day,except for the drone 😢. You sure covered a lot of ground in 1 day! Crazy nice agate. Would you mind telling where the last spot was. I live down in Grafton, and we have some nice beaches, but nothing like that. I'd be willing to take a drive to walk a beach like that.

Oh I definitely felt what he felt in my guts lol I ended up ordering the drone body itself without the battery/sd card or controller through DJI…I’m not sure what brand he uses but that may be an option for him! RIP to our faithful drones 🤣

Yeah it sucks but it is what it is…the worst part is I can fly that thing like a pro but we were down in a bowl and it disconnected from almost all satellites and I didn’t notice with all the noise from the falls…eventually I had no control over it and it headed straight into the tunnel and crashed directly in the raging water out of reach….next time I definitely won’t fly it in this area lol

@ it seems like if I am in a wooded area especially around water falls I lose signal. I got lucky and got stuck in a tree. I found it with the find my drone feature. I eventually shook it out luckily with no damage.

@ my find my drone feature quickly went away once it was submerged…k watched the lights float away and eventually go out 🤦‍♂️

Ha I had Hey Dudes on….and I spider manned up about 30 stairs, over the road, jumped the guardrail and scaled down a 30 foot literal cliff to the other side of the tunnel hoping I’d make it before the drone lights went out….then I forgot I had to get back up the cliff, and Dudes are not the shoes for climbing wet cliffs…I was dead tired after I made it back uo droneless lol 🤷‍♂️ but what do you do 🤣🤣
