Looked like a AWESOME event to go to. But seems every year something is happening that I don't make it. Only 3.5 to 4 hours away you'd think a person would go at least once every couple years. Definately an easy place to spend some money on parts and equipment for one's toys. Glad you got to experience the Haydays and safe travels back home. I'm a retired OTR truck driver so driving don't bother me a bit. You had to buy some parts while you were there, but nothing mentioned or shown. Great video, really showing what Haydays is all about. Hey guys. Great video. I'm the starting line guy! Just a little insight, Eagle 1 ended up bumping out of the staging beam as he hit the 2 step which vibrated him out, which is an automatic red light. It was so unfortunate that I wanted to see him go down the track as well. The other race with the red farmall, the other guy red lite and took off leaving the farmall sitting there. To qualify, he needed to go a to b to make it to the next round. After many years of doing this, having an open drink on the starting line boxes my can filled with dirt, haha. Wish I would have seen you all, I would have come shake your hand. Let me know next year, and I'll take you around the pits, and you can see them up close. If you need a starting line guy with your hat on, let me know! Cheers. Nick
