As indonesian myself, i went to various places try their spicy food, and I think thailand has decent pedas (spicy) that we enjoy. Korea not even close, our kids gulping on samyang alrd. Pro tips eating spicy: drink milk because capsaicin (the thing that make chili spicy) is fat-soluble and dont drink ice, feels good at first but it just worsen the spicy, try drink hot

I think the cook went easy on them. It was not 100 chillies. Good for them, as an Indonesian I have seen my sister get dragged into hospital because once she eat indomie with lots of chillies like that. We, our gang, warned her, even the cook warned her. She didn't listen and eat that noodle. She ended up spending her next few days in the hospital.

Itu bagiku kurang pedas, saya makan sambal cabe rawit 200biji sekali makan. Dan saya membuat sambal tanpa gula, tanpa tomat, tanpa tarasi. Saya hanya pakai bawang putih, bawang merah, garam, dan penyedap dikit, kalau saya makan tiga kali saya menghabiskan sambal cabe rawit 600 biji. Dan saya tidak pernah megalami sakit perut karena saya punya rahasia cara membuat sambal cabe rawit agar perut tidak sakit/mules saat memakannya.
