She probably meant like her parents aren’t always THAT affectionate towards her in a everyday daily basis so when she finally heard her parents saying how they feel about her she Just felt happy because she doesn’t get to hear her parents tell her that everyday, she knows that her parents love her, she knows that her parents took their time and money to make this dream quinceañera but that day jsut really showed her like damn they are the best. Don’t ever doubt your parents love if they actually made you a quince and bought 2 dresses for you. There are many girls that can’t have their quince because either their parents can’t afford it or their parents are divorced. In my opinion well in general she should’ve devoted her speech into thanking her parents mostly for making everything possible and how much she appreciates them everyday working hard for her and her sisters. Her parents are literal dream makers and did everything they could for her and she didn’t even tell her mom she looked beautiful that day.
